“Being a member of Saints Sport and more specifically the Women’s Basketball Team, was truly an unforgettable experience. The lifelong friendships, competitive spirits, memories and out-of-country adventures made throughout the season have been, and will continue to be, an on-going conversation for me. Not only did St Andrews offer an amazingly supportive and inclusive community. But, the institution itself, fostered a challenging yet thought-provoking environment, which has prepared me for the real-world transition. I am forever grateful for St Andrews Women’s 1s Performance team, Coach Callum and the University’s Postgraduate MSc Sustainable Development program, as these memories and skills will last me a lifetime.”

Maddy Yelle
– Postgraduate Basketball Scholar, MSc Sustainable Development (Niagara University)
